Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your data from 1ClickReport

Important: 1ClickReport does not store your marketing data permanently. We only fetch and display data in real-time from your connected accounts. Only access tokens and account IDs are stored.

Disconnect Data Sources

To disconnect any data source and delete your access tokens from our system:

  1. Log in to 1ClickReport

    Go to your dashboard at app.1clickreport.com

  2. Navigate to Integrations

    Click on "Integrations" in the navigation menu

  3. Disconnect Services

    Find the service you want to disconnect and click "Disconnect"

  4. Immediate Deletion

    Your access tokens will be immediately removed from our system

Revoke Access from Platform Side

You can also revoke 1ClickReport's access directly from each platform:

📊 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "1ClickReport" in your connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"

🔍 Google Search Console

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "1ClickReport" in your connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"

💰 Google Ads

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "1ClickReport" in your connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"

📱 Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

  1. Go to facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
  2. Find "1ClickReport" in your connected business integrations
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke all permissions

🛍️ Shopify

  1. Log into your Shopify admin panel
  2. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
  3. Find "1ClickReport" and click "Uninstall"

Complete Account Deletion

To delete your entire 1ClickReport account and all associated data:

  1. Contact Support

    Email us at: support@1clickreport.com

  2. Subject Line

    "Account Deletion Request"

  3. Include Information
    • Your registered email address
    • Confirmation that you want to delete all data
  4. Processing Time

    We will process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you disconnect a data source:

  • Access token for that platform is immediately deleted
  • We can no longer access data from that platform
  • Stored account IDs and property IDs are removed
  • Any cached account information is deleted

When you delete your entire account:

  • All profile information (name, email, password)
  • All saved dashboards and configurations
  • All integration tokens (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify)
  • All saved property IDs and account IDs
  • All subscription and billing information
  • All AI chat history and insights
  • All shared dashboard links (links will stop working)

Data Retention Policy

Important Note:

  • We do NOT permanently store your analytics or advertising data
  • All marketing data (metrics, campaigns, conversions) is fetched in real-time when you view your dashboard
  • Only access tokens, refresh tokens, and account/property IDs are stored
  • Dashboard configurations and layouts are stored (these contain no sensitive data)
  • All tokens and IDs are deleted immediately when you disconnect a service
  • Everything is permanently deleted within 30 days when you request account deletion

What We Store:

  • Account Info: Name, email, password (hashed)
  • Access Tokens: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (encrypted)
  • Platform IDs: GA4 property IDs, ad account IDs, etc.
  • Dashboard Configs: Widget layout, date ranges, selected metrics
  • Subscription Data: Plan type, billing information (via Stripe)

What We DON'T Store:

  • Your actual marketing data (page views, clicks, revenue, conversions, etc.)
  • Campaign details, ad creative, or targeting information
  • Customer lists or audience data
  • Any personally identifiable information from your analytics
