FROM A TASK TO A WORKFLOW
Less guessing. A clearer next check.
- 01 · Your accountReview the campaigns that actually changed.
- 02 · Your clientKeep their goals and previous work in context.
- 03 · Your decisionReview the evidence before taking action.
A review outline, not an analysis of your account. Connect your data to run the task.
An AI Meta Ads analyst for the work after the dashboard
The difficult moment is not seeing a red number. It is explaining why it moved and deciding what deserves attention. Connect Meta Ads to 1ClickReport and work through that question with AI Analyst. Ask for a period comparison, narrow it to a campaign, then follow up on the result. The aim is a defensible next investigation, not a confident story that the data cannot support.
Start with the change that matters to the client
A lower cost per reported lead is not automatically a better business result. A campaign can produce cheap inquiries that never become customers. Ask the analyst to state the outcome it is measuring and which sources support it. Compare delivery, spending and reported outcomes before changing the account. If qualified-lead or sales evidence is not connected, add the context you have and keep the gap visible.
Keep each client's memory separate
An agency should not have to explain the same website, offer and goal every time it reviews performance. AI Analyst maintains separate client or website context as you work. Previous analysis can help the next conversation start from the business's own situation. Choose the correct client and map Meta Ads to it. Review remembered information when the offer or goal changes, just as you would brief a teammate.
Go beyond a single-platform explanation
Meta reports the ad interaction and attributed outcome. Website analytics can add a different part of the journey. If GA4 is connected and mapped to the same client, ask for a comparison of ad activity and website behavior while keeping each platform's definitions visible. The analyst should tell you what is connected and what remains unknown, rather than presenting every discrepancy as a tracking failure or an algorithm problem.
Take one useful review into the next work session
Start with one client and one question from the selector. After signup, finish account setup, connect Meta Ads and return to open that question in Analyst. Ask a follow-up, save the context that matters and decide which next check is worth doing. This analysis task does not itself publish an ad or change your spending. If you later use action tools, review the proposed action separately.
How to get your first result
- Create your account with Google or an email sign-in link.
- Choose one client and connect the account you want to review.
- Return to the task card and open your prepared question in Analyst. Review it before sending.
You keep control of the work. A prepared task does not automatically generate an image, run an analysis or publish an ad.
Before you start
Will it tell me that Meta's algorithm caused a drop?
It can investigate the account's reported changes, but a change in results alone does not prove an algorithm caused it. Ask for evidence, competing explanations and the next checks.
Can it look at creative performance?
It can review available Meta ad and creative performance for the connected client. Available metrics and account permissions determine what it can establish. Treat fatigue as a hypothesis to test.
Do I need to use Claude?
No. AI Analyst runs inside 1ClickReport. You can also use 1ClickReport through supported MCP clients, but that is not required for this workflow.
What do I need before the first review?
A 1ClickReport account, access to the client's Meta ad account, and a connected account mapped to that client. New accounts can try it for 3 days without a credit card; limits apply.
