FROM A TASK TO A WORKFLOW

A report with a point of view.

  1. 01 · PerformanceWhat changed in spend and results?
  2. 02 · ExplanationWhich campaigns deserve attention?
  3. 03 · Next reviewWhat should we investigate next?

A review outline, not an analysis of your account. Connect your data to run the task.

A Google Ads reporting tool that starts with your question

A spreadsheet export can show that cost per conversion changed. The harder work is deciding where to look next and explaining the result to someone who does not live in Ads Manager. Start your review with the question you need to answer: what changed, which campaigns contributed, or what the client should understand before the next meeting. AI Analyst works with the data you connect to that client. You can ask follow-up questions instead of building a separate chart for every possible explanation.

Keep the comparison honest

A useful client report states its dates, definitions and limitations. Ask for the same conversion definition in both periods and have the analyst flag incomplete recent data. Google notes that conversion delay can make recent CPA and ROAS look different before all conversions arrive. A reported conversion also does not automatically mean a qualified lead or a paid customer. If lead quality lives in another system, bring that evidence into the review rather than asking the analyst to assume it.

Give each client their own context

One client needs profitable purchases. Another needs booked consultations. Their goals should not blur together. AI Analyst keeps client or website context separate as you work, so previous analysis and the business's goals can inform the next conversation. Select the right client and map the account before asking your question. Memory helps maintain context; it does not make an incomplete connection or an untracked outcome reliable.

Add the rest of the journey when it matters

Google Ads explains what the ad platform reported. Connect GA4 for website behavior, or bring other supported sources into the same client when the question requires them. The analyst uses the sources actually connected and mapped. Differences between platforms are something to investigate, not numbers to force into agreement. This makes the page useful for an agency reviewing client performance, rather than promising a single universal ROI number.

From first review to a repeatable workflow

Create your account, connect one Google Ads account and run the prepared question. Review the answer and ask a follow-up about the campaign that matters most. Keep the useful context with that client so the next review builds on the work. For report layouts, exports and additional account capacity, check the current plan comparison. Start by confirming that the first analysis answers a real client question.

How to get your first result

  1. Create your account with Google or an email sign-in link.
  2. Choose one client and connect the account you want to review.
  3. Return to the task card and open your prepared question in Analyst. Review it before sending.

You keep control of the work. A prepared task does not automatically generate an image, run an analysis or publish an ad.

Before you start

Do I have to export a CSV first?

Not for the connected Google Ads workflow. Sign in, connect Google Ads and map the account to the client you want to review. The analyst reads the available connected data for that client.

Does this automatically prove lead quality or revenue?

No. Google Ads reported conversions are not automatically verified leads or revenue. Connect or provide the evidence needed for those outcomes and ask the analyst to state any gaps.

Can I use it for multiple clients?

Yes. Work with one client at a time, keeping their context separate. Account capacity, report features and usage limits depend on your plan.

Is it free to try?

New accounts can start a 3-day free trial without a credit card. Usage and feature limits apply. Review current plans before subscribing.
