• The 7-day clock starts when you first use the product — your first AI Analyst question or first query from Claude — not when you create the account
• The trial includes the connectors, dashboards and reporting, plus a sample allowance of AI Analyst credits so you can see how it answers
• No credit card required to start the trial
• No auto-renewal - trial ends automatically after 7 days
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period
• After trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan

You may cancel your trial at any time during the 7-day free trial period:

• Cancel through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]
• No charges are ever made during the free trial (no credit card required)
• Your access will continue until the end of the 7-day trial period
• Trial ends automatically with no auto-renewal

We take no card to start a trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends. If you choose to subscribe:

• Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring subscription
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month
• Payment Date: Charged on the same day each month
• Payment Method: The credit card or payment method you provided
• Waitlist Discount: Early users receive 60% off for the lifetime of their subscription

How Our Refund Policy Works:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment
• After 14 Days: Payments, including monthly renewals, are non-refundable. Cancel any time to stop future charges — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for

• No Questions Asked: Refunds are processed without requiring justification
• Full Refund: The entire amount paid is returned to your original payment method

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

What Happens After Cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• You can continue using the service until the paid period expires
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
• You can reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss

If a payment fails for any reason:

• You will be notified immediately via email
• We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
• Your account will remain active during this retry period
• If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
• You will lose access to the service after the grace period ends
• Update your payment information in account settings to avoid interruption

1ClickReport reserves the right to modify subscription pricing:

• You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
• Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period
• You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect
• Continuing to use the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
• Waitlist Discount Protection: Early users who joined during the waitlist period will maintain their 60% discount regardless of general price increases

If you have a billing dispute or unauthorized charge:

• Contact Us First: Email [email protected] to resolve the issue
• Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
• We will investigate all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly
• Provide transaction details, date, amount, and reason for the dispute
• We typically respond to billing inquiries within 24-48 hours

Consequences of Chargebacks:

• Immediate suspension of account access
• Permanent account termination may occur
• You may be liable for chargeback fees ($15-25 per chargeback)
• You may be prevented from creating future accounts

All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes:

• Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may be added based on your location
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes
• Tax amounts are determined by your billing address
• Businesses may be exempt from certain taxes by providing valid tax exemption certificates
