1. Free Trial Period

All new users are entitled to a 7-day free trial period when they first subscribe to 1ClickReport.

  • The trial begins immediately upon account creation
  • Full access to all features is provided during the trial
  • No payment is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged

2. Cancellation During Trial Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial period:

  • Cancel through your account settings or by contacting support@1clickreport.com
  • No charges will be made if you cancel before the trial ends
  • Your access will continue until the end of the trial period
  • No refund is necessary as no payment was taken

3. Subscription Billing

After your free trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription:

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring subscription
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month
  • Payment Date: Charged on the same day each month
  • Payment Method: The credit card or payment method you provided
  • Waitlist Discount: Early users receive 60% off for the lifetime of their subscription

4. Refund Policy

All payments made after the free trial period are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to fully explore our service during the 7-day free trial to ensure it meets your needs.

  • You have full access to all features during the trial
  • We incur costs for data processing, API access, and infrastructure immediately upon use
  • This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and continue service improvements

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of technical errors, billing mistakes, or service unavailability, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion. Contact support@1clickreport.com to report such issues.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can continue using the service until the paid period expires
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
  • You can reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails for any reason:

  • You will be notified immediately via email
  • We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
  • Your account will remain active during this retry period
  • If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
  • You will lose access to the service after the grace period ends
  • Update your payment information in account settings to avoid interruption

7. Pricing Changes

1ClickReport reserves the right to modify subscription pricing:

  • You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
  • Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period
  • You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect
  • Continuing to use the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
  • Waitlist Discount Protection: Early users who joined during the waitlist period will maintain their 60% discount regardless of general price increases

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

If you have a billing dispute or unauthorized charge:

  • Contact Us First: Email support@1clickreport.com to resolve the issue
  • Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
  • We will investigate all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly
  • Provide transaction details, date, amount, and reason for the dispute
  • We typically respond to billing inquiries within 24-48 hours

Consequences of Chargebacks:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Permanent account termination may occur
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees ($15-25 per chargeback)
  • You may be prevented from creating future accounts

9. Service Credits

In cases of extended service outages or technical issues:

  • We may provide service credits at our discretion
  • Credits are applied to your account for future billing periods
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Credits expire if your account is cancelled
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) details will be published separately

10. Taxes

All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes:

  • Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may be added based on your location
  • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes
  • Tax amounts are determined by your billing address
  • Businesses may be exempt from certain taxes by providing valid tax exemption certificates

11. Payment Security

Your payment information is secure:

  • We never store your full credit card details on our servers
