You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Exposes us or other users to legal liability

4. Service Description

1ClickReport provides a marketing analytics dashboard platform that integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Search Console. Our Service allows you to:

• Create customized analytics dashboards
• Aggregate data from multiple marketing platforms
• Generate reports and visualizations
• Share dashboards with team members and clients
• Receive AI-powered insights (Pro plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.

5.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

5.5 Waitlist Discount

Users who joined our waitlist are entitled to a lifetime 60% discount on their subscription. This discount applies for as long as you maintain an active subscription and does not expire if you upgrade or change plans.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

6.2 Data Access Authorization

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) to our Service and grant us access to your data from these platforms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by 1ClickReport and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, dashboards, or content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Search Console). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs or terms of service
• Data loss or errors caused by third-party service interruptions
• Privacy practices of third-party services

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

We do not warrant that the data, insights, or reports generated by the Service are accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying all information before making business decisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1ClickReport and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your Content or data provided through the Service

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@1clickreport.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be commenced within one year after the claim arose.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1ClickReport regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
